The American Association of Independent Investors (www.aaii.com) maintains several stock screens for members including the
"Oberweis Octagon" screen. I'll put the write-up of the criteria in my next post.

Bruwin: The Oberweis Octagon Screen is one of the stock screens from the American Association of Individual Investors, of which I am a life-time member. I refer the screen as the Oberweis Screen here.
