You are predispositioned to doubt the administration as shown in years and years of your posts. This is leading you to a faulty conclusion. Biased studies produce biased results. Your biased interpretation and trust in these biased studies is a very unreliable combination and has produced seriously flawed conclusions which you are now relying on as fact. You should step back and understand where your conclusions are coming from and what predispositions they result from. Just my opinion.
