ALLEGEDLY HYPOTHETICAL POST: Well, your the one who throws around phrases like "liberals". But it was your people who changed the law. In the old days, prior to the end of the Clinton presidency, you could take these people to task in private securities actions. Today, that is pretty much legally impossible. In order to protect hard working businesses from nasty dirty attorneys, you allow people like (allegedly) these people to skate. It does the country no good to legalize certain types of money raising if that money is going to be totally wasted and the people who knowingly do it are protected.
