As anyone who knows anything about construction can tell you, “Pull” is common industry jargon for a controlled demolition.

wrong, Oh, and if you look up the demolition industry term "pulling" a building, it does not refer to taking it down (which is called "shooting"), but to the act of fixing steel cables to the structure to better guide the direction in which it falls.

so I guess everything else is also Bullshit in that article
