Have to disagree with you on Gary Weiss, TS, respectfully as usual. I know he has a history that is good. But his frustration at trying to sell books and the fact that he really doesn't seem to be able to generate the same buzz he used to have, have seemingly made his blog entries nothing more than ad hominem attacks, lacking substance. I'm surprised that you don't see that or that you are ignoring this industry scamming by hedge funds and MM's and prime brokers, that affects all of us retail investors. Seriously, I hope it's not a case of, "my scam is ok, yours is not." As I often post, there's plenty of scamming to go around. Weiss' closing his eyes to manipulation by hedge funds and MM's seems to put him out of sync with what is going on and the trend. Read Aguirre's testimony before Congress and background. Also see the exciting litigation between the hedge funds and the prime brokers, which threatens to blow the lid of the NSS scam.
