Well Rich, I know that is Jack Layton's approach, but I am reminded once again of Carole King's lyrics in Smackwater Jack... but I'm open to some suggestions on exactly how you would go about that... it's nice to say it.. like Jack does, who has nothing to lose pandering to that segment of the population...
