Peter, if a guy or guys kills or even wounds someone in the name of Allah, or some other "ideological" cause that is shared by others that might kill or wound in the name of that same cause, then I consider it terrorism.

I considered McVeigh's attack a terrorist attack because he did it to express his anger at our government, which was a cause that many others identified with.

The kids that shot up Columbine didn't seem to represent anything other than teenage anger at society at large.
