What does the paper that printed the words of Brig. Gen. Mark Scheid, commander of the Army Transportation Corps and of Fort Eustis have to do with anything? You can find the General's words on Google, or in the Washington Times if you prefer (or likely Peking Daily for that matter, LOL). So what? His words are HIS WORDS... regardless of who prints them.
