The 9/11 Commission heard evidence that Rumsfeld and others were talking about war with Iraq hours after the United States was attacked by Bin Laden's Saudi terrorists. The implication is that the WH didn't care what the CIA intelligence said. It was clear to all the analysts and spies that they were not going to advance their careers by telling it like was. That Saddam was not an "imminent" threat to America....
