Hi Gary,

I suppose the traditional time to buy is when a firm is in the crapper, which Dell certainly is. HPQ has had a very nice run, although a key difference in my mind is that HPQ had more room to cut costs ala the old IBM model, and I don't think that is the case with Dell. Perhaps the recent teens were the low if the market holds up and these accounting issues aren't 'too material' <ggg>.
