They've had one incredible month. Is this just the hedgefund play-du-jour? Is retail really exploding, or is it just the least of evils at work here? I keep saying, this is going to be a consumer-led recession - well, if this is any indication of the consumer's health, it would seem to be that I'm a little early on connecting the real estate bubble to a looming downturn in consumer purchasing power.
