Well to me HP is still mostly a cost cutting and 'better management' story. If anyone cracks the criminal prices HP gets for ink (along with others) the stock will take a hit, as that is where the profits still are. As for Dell, it's really quite eye opening as to how messed up they actually might be.
I've long been aware of the service story and others catching up, but with these other fires that keep surfacing, like the accounting issues, one wonders what really is going on behind the scenes. One plus they have is that Mikey has a boatload of shares, and hence I assume more interest in this than the average CEO might have, so I think it is a good bet he is going to make some waves...
