I'm declaring a perpetual war. I am the commander-in-chief. As CIC, I have emergency powers in times of war. I can, therefore, do anything to anybody at anytime since I have declared a perpetual war. The Constitution is nothing but a piece of paper. Laws, of course, do not apply to me. When necessary, my lawyers will tell you that everything I do is both constitutional and legal...........my lawyers' words are my proof.

OT: On another off topic subject, make every effort to find the documentary called The Secret History of 9/11, which I saw last night on CBC TV. It based on a strict chronology of exactly what did and didn't happen and when, often featuring interviews with the original decision-makers. It is infinitely more interesting, and chilling, than the silly conspiracy theories that are making the rounds. LC
