hanks for the summary. I think the lesson is that sentiment can change on a dime.

Sentiment could change that's true, but it can also be wrong. That was the case in this instance. Another key point, money could be made by selling against the Fundamentals, wait for the dust to clear, and returning to your original position at a reduced price...it was a fire sale at 17, for the Fundamental players.

In this case, the Technical Analysts picked out the sell points, and the Fundamentalists hung in until an oversold position warranted a re-entry. A sell at 42 and a re-entry at 17 was a huge win for those who played it right.

I am happy with my plays, and only got 40 percent of what the others got.
