That is the most pathetic memo by elgindy to date. This guy is classless. He actually has the gal to pull out the race card on 9/11, and once again decries his innocence, with that long line of prior run ins with the law. Elgindy was a habitual law breaker and now he blames the people of NY for his conviction. Deplorable.

Too bad Tony. Too bad you have a bad track record, arrested and charged, yet tried to flee with a fake ID and a stash of cash. If you obey the laws 99.9% of the time, that will not keep you out of the slammer for that .1% when you did not obey the law. Yeah, it's too bad you stepped over the line. Too bad you were too greedy. Too bad you are sorry too late. You believe you helped "teach" others, maybe some you did, but others you did not, others laughed at and harmed. Too bad your family has to suffer for the mis-deeds you have done. You have had some time to reflect, and you offer this parting post, very nice of you. Too bad it's too late for this lesson you have learned, or have you learned yet? Well, there is still time. 60+ more months for reflection.
