Yes, but I don't think much is to be gained by nuking Saudi Arabia because

nuking it will create radioactive fallout and contamination

which will make access to the oilfields impossible and dangerous for a long time;

also, friendly neighbouring countries will likely suffer from the fallout.

Nuking Saudi Arabia is easier said than done. For sure, if it is done, there will be unpleasant repercussions. Though the Saudis are not in a position to retaliate in kind, they will very likely, with the help of their brother Muslims, keep on murdering Americans worldwide thereby causing America much pain and suffering. Also world opinion will likely condemn America. Even worse is that some countries will not hesitate to nuke America sooner or later.

If nukes are to be used at all, they will have to be small tactical nukes delivered to strike the targets with great precision.
