I remember it all.... Good thing though that my memory goes back farther then just '1968'... and I'm actually aware of some of the formative historical events of the 20th. century, and before. (If my memory only extended from the first 'Texas President', LBJ, to the second Texas President, Bush II... I would think that --- pathetically --- nothing ever changed! And that big-government over spending, deficits and intrusiveness, and brain dead foreign 'strategies' were all that could be expected from Washington.) Kinda hard to understand anything, I imagine, without having that context of understanding the LONGER view.
