you can try to define what you want to cover your posterior with but it won't work.

Aguirre and the hedge funds vs prime broker is putting this before the public. Whichever way it turns out, I'm happy. This will create disclosure to the public of the issue. I don't see you disagreeing. Rather you want to nit pick and whine.

Sith has just commented with a generalization that anyone who trades pennies is a scammer. I don't see you objecting to that.

You whine because I come up with terms that cutely describe the scamming that takes place by some in the industry that have ardent defenders here. I've never said that every hedge fund or that every MM is a scammer.

I've posted that the system creates scammers of all stripes and that it needs to be changed.

You're upset and decided to buttsky insky because I happen to mention Naked Short Scamming.

I think you need a thicker skin and a dose of objectivity.
