I don't know. I never said I even said that I agreed that ABC had done something wrong. I don't know campaign finance rules back and forth.

This argument started when someone (you?) called "censorship" on the Senate Democrats threatening to take Disney to court, and I said that it wasn't censorship. I'm not sure they're right, but it seems fishy enough that a court should look at it, and that's why I have no problem if the Democrats decide to take this to court. If the Democrats are on the wrong side of the law, I hope they lose the case.
