Nobody's enforced anything... taking someone to court is not the same thing as unilaterally censoring something.

Actually, I don't know jack about those laws. If MoveOn.org's actions are illegal, they shouldn't be allowed to do 'em. But Republicans aren't trying so hard to get them into court because the Republicans have their own 527s as well.

Yes, I do know what a f***ing nuance is. I also know what the 1st Amendment is and what tolerance is truly all about.

We are not talking nuance here or first amendment rights. We are talking about a national tv media outlet enabling a partisan POV right before an election by rewriting recent historical events.
