I thought they lost the case for $3m a while ago, paid up and put it behind them. To have lost close to $10m on a single-event sexual harrassment case is beyond comprehension. Senior exec(s) ought to go--not just for the tort but for the defense strategy and execution.

Hi rkrw & wilder, I may sound harsh but I feel it is a lack of moral values and arrogance on Acadia, a developmental Bio to keep Brann still. I guess since he is the President,CSO and cofounder they might have kept him coz of his scientific expertise or his contacts. End of my rant:-)...Praveen
