How big a bonus and how many options did the guilty executive(s) get since the litigation?

I thought they lost the case for $3m a while ago, paid up and put it behind them. To have lost close to $10m on a single-event sexual harrassment case is beyond comprehension. Senior exec(s) ought to go--not just for the tort but for the defense strategy and execution.

Hi rkrw & wilder,

I may sound harsh but I feel it is a lack of moral values and arrogance on Acadia, a developmental Bio to keep Brann still. I guess since he is the President,CSO and cofounder they might have kept him coz of his scientific expertise or his contacts.

End of my rant:-)...Praveen

Huh?
What is the difference between the 9.1 million and the 5.15 million? The 5.15 million includes 2.4 million from the insurance company, so how does this end up costing ACAD over 9 million?
