LOL...after issuing several press releases about the value of the patents, which eventually reached a claimed valuation of $20 million, the omission from the 2005 10KSB is highly significant.

Of course the patents have never been assigned to PLNI, so the auditors probably would have opposed their inclusion as intangible assets anyway.

By no stretch of the imagination are the patents worth $20 million, and even the SEC could not have missed that fact.
