I believe to a certain degree the most educated people are more liberal than the average person and the least educated people are more liberal than the average person. Of course if the education system is liberally biased that would tend to contribute towards the bias to the liberal side among the most educated. I think the percentage of libertarians is higher among the educated than the uneducated as well, but the percentage of strong libertarians is so low as to make them a minor part of any educational level.
