I am hoping that this sept/oct will be different since the market has been extremely sluggish so far. I hope to see 25 before the year end. I am planning to sell some calls once it reaches about 25 (with hopes of getting a nice premium). Don't get me wrong, I am LTBH as my cost base is $3.25. Just want to start making some money in covered calls while being conservative at the same time. The fundmentals are looking so strong right now, I just can't contain the excitment. I don't know how Eric (another LTBH) does it! One more reason for my optimism...it is about time the big caps take off. On the other hand, as you and I both know, the fundamentals usually don't mean anything as this market runs on emotions, but for some reason, this time, my gut tells me, it is different. Time will tell...stay tuned! As for Iran and oil, those two go hand in hand. I am hoping Mr. Bush will just think thoroughly before reacting to anything.
