And i just keep getting the feeling that AMD sales thru Dell will just displace AMD sales thru HP.

The upside of ignoring common sense is that every day brings new surprises.

Of course, that's also the downside.

If at all. The Vpro decision by Dell has me leaning to change my corporation to HP. I rather deal with one standard than a mismosh of 5 or 6. Who do they think establishes standards, them?

Nope, some people only buy from Dell from their experience with older PC's.

And they will see the Dell lineup which offers two intel pc's with xp home and xp pro, and the one AMD machine which offers XP home and xp pro, and is vista capable...and say....hmmm..future proof...
