Let me guess, they're calling Chafee a moderate & centrist while mocking all those RWE's who actually had the gall to vote for a conservative over a RINO.

Actually for Baker & X, Chafee that would be a bit of a surprise. Baker "feels" he is a centrist & X actually admits she's a LWE, so a lib like Chafee would still seem like a staunch conservative to them.

But is anybody else struck by the staggering difference in how the GOP treated Chafee (grumble, grumble) and the Democratic Party treated Lieberman, its former Vice Presidential nominee? I'm not sure either party comes out smelling like roses, but it's an interesting contrast.
