As I said before this will never end being surgical. We are dealing with a bunch of illiterates who are not operating in the same world you and I reside in. We need to shock and awe the general population until they kill the cancer from within and give us the unconditional surrender we need for this to end. We need to kill a lot of them and I mean a lot. Combatants, non combatants, women, children, their f-ing dogs that are now outlawed. As long as we play patty cake the cancer just keeps hiding behind civilians that either agree with them or haven't been properly motivated to kill the cancer. I really think WWII type bombing and killing campaigns are the only way to shock the population out of the 4th century and get them to wake up to the fact that the cancer among them has to go.

I saw a report on CNN about an Iraqi city or province that is overrun with Al Queda. The mortality rate of coalition forces that go in to this area is ten times higher than anywhere in Iraq. Seems like all troops should be removed and the city razed.
