Remember that they were going to move the state of incorporation to WY vice DE. Apparently for tax purposes the move must a complete one or DE has it's fingers in the pie. I suspect, just speculation, that the name change is to facilitate that tax advantage situation. The JV, and the others mentioned by pd, suggest that metals is a more accurate description of our future than minerals.
