I don't see anything wrong with Monsanto trying to oppose legal restrictions on its products.

Monsanto, Cargill, ADM, et al will always get what they want. No point in fighting battles you can't win. But you can opt out, just turn your back on em. Patronize your local organic grocer or buy from a farm like this.
