Baker obsessively reads the post of the people they "ignore" daily and even responds indirectly to what the "ignored" say on his cloistered board. He even admits that he compiles stats on the people he "ignores" and bans. That is crazy! This shows that "ignore" is often just another means of expressing disapproval of other peoples views even though one doesn't actually "ignore" the "ignored" people but reads them daily. ------------------------------------ Bookmarks and ignore are a "diagnostic tool" according to Assholia: I have been looking at the ignore to bookmark ratio for some time. It's a nice diagnostic tool. It doesn't always mean someone is unpleasant when they have over 50 ignores, or more ignores than bookmarks, but it's often a clue :-) siliconinvestor.com What pray tell is this "diagnostic tool" good for? Perhaps when Baker and Assholia are compiling stats on other posters they think they're doing investment research! LOL
