Now that you mention Murtha, let me ask you this.

When Murtha was the first to propose that US troops be pulled back from civil strife torn Iraq, the Bush cronies were all over Murtha, "swift boating" him and calling his all sorts of names and questioning not only his sanity but also his patriotism. The Democrats were being villified as "the cut and run party."

But then yesterday, all major news groups reported that the US has decided to pull out of Anbar province. Isn't this a Jack Murtha "I told you so" scenario? Is Bush telling us that his reason for pulling out of the Anbar province is because Al-Qaeda, a Sunni dominated group, does not have a den there!
