That's very either very unspecific (if you don't require all of those criteria) or it might be a null set. Neocons itself is used in different ways. And plenty of supporters of Bush couldn't reasonably be called neocons. Other Neocons aren't big supporters of Bush. If you mean people who are right wing neo-cons, who support Bush and Cheney, and also think that they are both liars, thieves and cheats than its a very small set indeed, too small to really be worth talking about most of the time. If you add "people like me" than there is no one who fits that criteria.
