it ain't that what it is equivalent to, it is the fact that its sweetener is high fructose corn syrup. This has an adverse affect on hormones in the body that turn off hunger at appropriate times. This sweetener may be the cause of much of the obesity we see today. It is in a lot of breads and fast food products. It is also a part of many so called "health food" cereals and bars.

I don't know what they are doing to get rid of the trans fat in many food products, but I don't trust the process.
