No you're the dumbass, because the world already had terrorists long before 9-11...in fact the Bush administration was well aware of the hit that was on the way. Why else would Ashcroft shun commercial flights in favor of chartered jets...which by the way you and I covered the bill for. And Condi lied when she said "Who could have guessed that the terrorists would use hijacked airplanes as weapons?" We were war gaming that outcome on 9-11! Yep...you are a dumbass...there is no doubt.
