SurveyUSA. 9/9-11. Likely voters. MoE 4% (No trend lines)

Corker (R) 45
Ford (D) 48

The Ford campaign clearly plans on pressing its advantage on the Chatanooga 9-1-1 scandal (as mayor, Corker let tens of thousands of 9-1-1 calls go unanswered). The narrative has become clearly defined in this race:

If Corker couldn't keep the people of Chatanooga safe as mayor, how is he expected to help keep our nation safe from our foreign enemies?

This race shouldn't be competitive. Luckily, Corker's shoddy leadership as mayor is providing Ford a huge assist.
