Actually, that is what Kennedy called Obama when he was trying to pronounce his name..I am sure it was after happy hour for Chappy Kennedy.

As far as the other, that is the mantra of the Democrap party, using blacks for their voting purposes then sending them back to the fields until they need another vote. President has done WAY more for minorities than Clinto ever did.
