Your just going further and further off the deep end.

"Talking up SUVs" has never been a big thing for Bush. He didn't campaign against them in any way but that isn't the same thing as talking them up. Also if the demand wasn't there it really wouldn't matter much what Bush says. SUVs are one of the few profitable areas for the big 3 American car companies. Their small car projects are often unprofitable (at least when you include their share of the overhead costs).

As for jacking up gas prices that just more of your conspiracy theory nonsense, also if you haven't noticed gas prices are coming down.

As for opposing affordable health care that's just silly. As for opposing socialized health care, well we've never had that so even if it would help (for many reasons it would be an overall net negative, but it might possibly help GM and Ford) its not a new Bush policy. In fact Bush has increased the amount of government involvement in health care (again unfortunately)
