Darn. I didn't ask that question. At one point in the conversation it was mentioned that all of the details had not been worked out yet. When I asked if the warrants had to be exercised by the closing date of the deal, my recollection was that the answer was a definite no and he went into the for 1 CBJ warrant you would receive .42 warrants of the new IMG.
