Huh...I recognized the quote. I thought your were agreeing with him. Nice to see....but that quote was made in 2003 and does nothing to comment on the utter ineptiude shown in implementing the goal stated since that time....which has put the success of the goal (a worthy one) into question, (i.e., my post).

don't you think Rummy should have had SOME plan for post-war occupation?
