Bush is the phoniest commander in chief in history. To hear him talk you'd think he was Eisenhower at D Day. But look at the results. Almost complete failure across the board. And now he admits he's not even going to try and capture Bin LAden. And hasn't been trying since 2003 when he let him get away.
