Right with you, Pro....the difference between you and me is that I want as many freedoms of conduct and action as a society can tolerate so long as society, as a whole, is not endangered. You want to decide, based on your own PERSONAL set of values, what the values should be for everyon else. I like my way better. Why do you care if somebody wants to look at pornography in the privacy of his bedroom? He isn't hurting anyone else. Why do you care if someone, say, Ronald Reagan or Rush Limbaugh, decided he couldn't live with the woman he married. I presume you are against divorce? Presuming now kids, they are not hurting anyone else. Why are you so sure your particular set of values should be pushed on people who may think drinking privately in their homes, or looking at "dirty" pictures, or smoking...by themselves, in the privacy of their own homes? You really can't legislate morality. If you could half your precious republican legislators would have violated even more laws. You are such a hypocrite. You do not mourn equally for the unborn fetus in Houston and the innocent, civilian child killed in Iraq. why not, Prolife. If you live up to your names, you ought to be anti-death penalty, anti-war. but you are not....because your special relationshp with "the right" allows you to decide right and wrong for all of us...just like the Taliban and the Mullahs do. Are you sure you wouldn't be happier in Iran? No wait...their certainty about right is different than your certainty about what is right....man, its confusing. I know you never have any doubts.....which makes you a little scary to me.

Let's have some fun with your absolutist demands. 1. The conception of President Bush and his brothers. 2. Shorter lifespans, so Social Security lasts longer for guys like you that will live until you are 100. 3. Leonardo Da Vinci, Michaelangelo, Lawrence of Arabia to name only a few greats born out of wedlock. Of course there are thousands more great men and women in this category. I am sure you are not a pound over your optimum weight. We all know that nothing good ever came from being overweight...Let's outlaw it and force people to exercise!
