As far as the real ins and outs and differences between 43-101F and SEC regs quite a few people have a lot to learn.

Here are a few points.

1. inferred resources under 43-101F cannot be used in an economic evaluation such as a prefeasiblity or preliminary assessment. The question is, what is an inferred resource? What drill spacing or density does it refer to?

2. the best way to describe a US resource is to call it a mineralized body. The SEC does not have a restriction or qualification on the number of Drill holes or samples needed for a mineralized body.
