Well Clinton certainly laid the foundation for a solid economy in this decade for Bush- we had a huge surplus- what happened?

That old "blame the last guy" doesn't fly with me.

IMO the market is betting on no more interest rate hikes by the Fed and a soft-landing for the U.S. economy.
