The "immigration system" had nothing to do with it. These arseholes were homegrown, i.e., (BORN IN CANADA) islamic radicals.

Our immigration system has flaws but seriously I doubt that case would be prevented by tightening immigration. The recent crazy in Montreal grabbed onto the culture of death... Disaffected Muslim youth can grasp onto radical Islam...
