The people that slashed the tires were paid employees of Kerry campaign who then returned to the state headquarters and laughed and celebrated. That is one instance and we do not know for sure what else the Kerry people did to stop voting. It was not a silly crime, it was a planned crime to stop voters from voting. Bush didn't lose a single vote in Wisconsin to fraud. You are lying of course. What your refering to is a couple of over-zealous democrats who stupidly slashed a few tires of GOP rivals.
