CJ, The neocons spoke of another Pearl Harbor as something that is needed to ease change, the Democrats warned of another Vietnam. There isn't any way to nuance those two as being equivalent. If I told you that a missile shield program would be slow to adapt unless North Korea launched nuclear missiles at us, does that mean I "want" North Korea to launch missiles at us? Meanwhile, I can give you lots of examples of Democrats trying to obstruct and do whatever it takes to make their warnings about another Vietnam a self-fulfilling prophecy.
