the pps is a by product of yet to deliver...Q1, Q2, Semco 8k etc...if plni delivers the pps will follow with a huge uptick over a short time....if they don't we will sit here and float aimlessly...no real money is changing hands on this stock

I don't know all the SEC regulations on this sort of thing but it seems to me that all companies have to act in a transparent manner and keep the stockholders up to date on these matters.

I can't answer your question because I don't know all the SEC regulations on this sort of thing but it seems to me that all companies have to act in a transparent manner and keep the stockholders up to date on these matters. Also, it doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense for PLNI management to run down the value of its own shares when they could be acting to bolster the price and sell them at a much higher price and profit.
