Papal Bull? It's not relevant to the argument -- in fact, I put it there to see if it would make you balk. Apparently, it did. You see the word "Pope" and you short-circuit. Look, if you can only find truth in what you were taught as a child and a young man, then go with that. Stick with it. But you don't do a very good job of explaining yourself, and you aren't very good at persuading others that your understanding is correct. If you want to argue, you'll need to brush up.
