I am not saying what you did wasn't a Good Thing. You seem to be saying it's impossible to make a living at organic farming, and I am saying this simply is not true. Many people are more than willing to pay more for organic food, and there are people who have figured out how to fill that niche, so much so that even large corporations are trying to get into it. I can now buy organic milk, organic eggs, etc., at my local supermarket, not just farmer's markets or specialty grocery stores like Whole Foods.
