It is not significant if Hitler killed millions and Bush did not.

It is indeed very significant. Rather massively so in relation to comparisons between Bush and Hitler.

Of course you can accuse Bush of all sorts of horrible things without implying he's like Hitler or even mentioning Hitler, or other mass murdering dictators. In that case the fact that Hitler killed millions would be rather irrelevant to your claim. Keep some perspective in your charges.

What is significant is that Bush wants to deny the Gitmo prisoners the due course of law, which is our way of life.

It is not, and never has been our way to give captured enemy combatants criminal trials.
